3-2- 2 The pursuance of the post-delivery services and our assurance

The services that our company offers are under our guarantee for an indefinite period of time. Our assurance is conveyed to the customers both in written and orally when the demand reached o our company, and during tendering and delivering. The post-delivery follow-up of the projects, which have been completed throughout all the process and delivered to the customer, are carried out orally via phone. Within the following 30 days, a “customer satisfaction survey is being sent and the results are being evaluated.
In the case of any difference in the translation or in the use of technical terminology as well as the format differences between the delivered file and the source file, the following procedures are being applied respectively, and the file is redelivered to the customer.
a- The request is received in written along with the file by our project manager.
b- The related unit shall be informed in written for the desired changes, corrections, additions and / or deletions.
c- The file which has undergone all the processes shall be checked by the supervisor or the editor.
d- The file that has been completely checked is redelivered to the customer by our project manager.
